Looking for a band or individual interested in a share in a practice space. Large room on the third floor with big windows facing Eighth Avenue. House drum kit and PA, AC, individual storage area for each share, freight elevator for load out/in. The other musicians in the room are longtime tenants who are responsible and respectful.
Rent is $375 per month for two evening slots per week — $300 for daytime use on a flexible schedule (great for drummers and solo artists).
