Looking for Monthly Tenants at $300 per month. Would Prefer Something Long Term but can go Month to Month as well. The Monthly Cost Includes All Utilities. There are 4 Tenants Currently Sharing the Space. We Use a Google Calendar for Scheduling. Plenty of Open Slots; Most People are in the Space Twice a Week for a Few Hours at a Time.
