We are offering up a number of time slots in a clean, carpeted space with Air Conditioning, drum kit, full PA, microphones, house guitar & bass amps, guitar & keyboard stands (and a Naugahyde couch!) The electricity is included and you get your own set of keys.
Band rehearsal slots are 3 hours per evening, once a week for $270/ month or 4 hours for $290/month. 2 hour daytime slots are available for practicing drummers & other instrumentalists, singer/songwriters or private lesson teachers at a lower rate. (1 month security deposit is required for all.)
