Across twelve floors of dedicated creative space, Music Building New York has served as a permanent home for working musicians since 1979. The building offers 69 private rehearsal studios leased exclusively monthly, supporting artists who rely on consistency, routine, and long-term access to their space.

For decades, musicians have used the Music Building as a daily workspace to rehearse, write, and develop projects over time. That continuity, artists working side by side across generations, is what defines the building and continues to make it a foundational part of New York’s music community.
