The program

The Music Building text messaging program is operated by Music & Arts LLC. By giving us your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Music Building about your studio account. These include rent and payment reminders, payment receipts, notices about your room or the building (such as maintenance, access, or internet service), and replies to questions or requests you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you opt in

You can agree to receive texts by checking the text message box on our website contact form, by telling our building manager that you want texts, or by texting us first. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of renting a studio.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming it, and we will stop sending texts to your number. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://musicbuilding.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
