We’re on the third floor of the Music Building, with large windows overlooking Eighth Avenue and lots of natural light.
Room has a PA, drum kit, guitar and bass amps and AC for everyone’s use, and a separate storage area for each share.
Clean, smoke-free. Freight elevator for load out/in. The other musicians in the room are respectful and responsible.
Blocked out nights are available on Sun, Tues, Thurs and Sat from 6pm to midnight (or later); also have daytime available on an open schedule, up to three hours per day (reserved via Google calendar). Rent is $350 per month.
