Monthly/Hourly Rehearsal time available everyday

We have all the equipment, it’s just recommended you bring your instruments and symbols. hourly rate is $35 an hour. Monthly slot is $250 for 3 hour slot once a week. if no one is in before or after, you are welcome to extend that time. Room has great rock n roll vibe and we have had many famous musicians come to rehearse in here over the years. We have recorded over 10 live albums and countless singles in our room. Room tech is also available on request to help with gear and setting up.
