Golden Hour Studio is a fully equipped rehearsal space located in the Music Building at 8th Avenue & 39th Street in Midtown Manhattan. We’re currently looking for reliable solo artists and bands interested in weekly recurring rehearsal slots at competitive rates.

The building is open 24/7, so you can practice day or night!

We’re seeking to build a community of respectful musicians who will help keep the space clean, organized, and enjoyable for everyone, so that the the room can evolve to meet everyone’s needs.

Studio includes:

• 12-channel Mackie ProFX mixer & PA system
• Ludwig house drum kit with cymbals
• Yamaha CK61 keyboard with stand & bench
• LP congas and percussion
• 3 microphones with stands
• Guitar stands
• Boss Katana 100 guitar amp
• Fender Rumble 100 bass amp
• Mini fridge and seating area

Storage Available!
There’s plenty of room to store your band’s gear, making load-in and setup easy. As we establish a dependable roster of tenants, we’ll continue investing in additional shared equipment and studio upgrades.
