We have two prime spaces in the NYC Music Building, with select days/times available, for full band, solo drumming, and/or solo instrument!

Both spaces are soundproof, comfortable, and have full backlines always set up for easy rockin’!

Our evening times are 6pm-LATE (meaning throughout the night), and our day times are MORNING-5pm.

Also, we require responsible and professional musicians, that understand how to properly take care of equipment/gear, and how to zero-out a room properly post-rehearsal, to keep all tenants in a positive environment.  Also, no party, no teachers, no visitors or open jams, just old school rehearsal time.
