We are longtime tenants of the Music Building (20-plus years) who are in bands that use our room twice a week for practice and are looking for subtenants.
4-hour slots with a six-month lease agreement:
$225 for 1 slot a week
$400 for 2 slots a week
Includes:
- Sonor drum kit
- Hartke bass head with Fender amp (but you are free to bring and leave your own head/amp)
- 2 Fender Hot Rod Deluxe amps (but you are free to bring and leave your own amp)
- PA, monitors, mics, stands, music stands, etc.
- AC
- mini-fridge
- sofa and chairs
Available times:
Daytimes: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Evenings: Monday, any time after 6:00 pm; Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 pm on
