1. Are our rooms rented monthly or hourly?
Our studios are rented on a monthly basis, with one year minimum commitments. A majority of our 69 tenants have been with us for over a decade and several have been tenants for over 30 years! We do not provide hourly studios, but some of our tenants do have short term sublet availabilities.
2. Can you share your studio with other musicians?
Absolutely! We love when our building is humming with hundreds of musicians. We allow our tenants to sublet to as many musicians/bands as they want.
3. Is The Music Building open 24/7?
Yes! 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year!
4. What about safety and security?
The safety and security of our tenants and subtenants has been a founding principle since we opened in 1979. We have on-site staff and security 24/7/365. Additionally, we have security cameras in the lobby and on every floor.
5. How do we load in/out for gigs?
Easy! We provide 24/7 access to the freight elevator, operated by our on-site staff at your convenience.
